	To book a model please contact us by E-mail: 91models@gmail.com Booking Regulations Bookings made are charged at the full fee. All intended use of the model is to be notified to the agency prior to publication. All prices are based on the model's individual full-day rate. A full-day is at most eight (8) hours, a half day at most four (4) hours. The minimum booking is four (4) hours. Each initiated hour is invoiced at full price. Time for make-up/hair and styling is to be included in the working hours. Weather bookings may be changed twice free of charge, and thereafter at 50% of the fee. An option shall be confirmed by the client placing the booking within 24 hours at the request of the agency, otherwise the option no longer applies. All rates and agreements refer to publication in India. A separate price agreement is to be made for publication abroad. Usage Pictures of the model may be used for up to twelve (12) months from the first day of publication. An advertising rate is payable if the model can be identified or linked to a special product or manufacturer. The rate is set by the agency taking into consideration the size and extent of the campaign. Supplements for national and international advertising, posters, direct marketing, bus and outdoor advertising, etc. are always to be agreed in writing. If the customer fails to notify the agency on the extended use, the compensation is invoiced as the agency finds suitable. Cancellations and delays Cancellation of a confirmed booking should preferably take place with as many days notice as the length of the booking, in the case of hourly bookings at least one (1) working day before the start of work. 91 Models reserves the right to charge an agency fee, equivalent to 20 % of the agreed fee, for cancellations that cause expenditure of time or additional expense for the agency. If the model cancels a confirmed booking, the agency shall assist the client to the best of its ability to find an acceptable replacement model, but has no responsibility otherwise. In the event of delays caused by the model, the model shall compensate by working a longer time. Complaints Clients shall make complaints to the company without delay. The model shall be informed at the location and work discontinued. Complaints shall be documented if possible by Polaroid's or otherwise. If the client should exercise an option to continue shooting, the full fee is payable unless otherwise agreed in writing. The responsibility of the agency to compensate is limited to a reimbursement of up to 20% of the agreed fee. This does not prevent the customer from demanding compensation from the model in the event of gross neglect. Traveling expenses The client is responsible for all traveling expenses. Hotel and Subsistence allowance In the event of booking overnight stays, the client is responsible for the hotel costs and for payment of subsistence allowance according to current state norms. The client will inform 91 Models if the subsistence allowance will be paid in cash to the model or invoiced by the agency. Insurance The client is responsible for taking out accident insurance for the model during the entire period of the booking. Travel insurance is to be included in the traveling expenses. Overtime payment Charged at the hourly rate. Terms of payment Full payment shall have been received by the agency before the first publication date for campaigns and supplements. Service Tax is payable on all rates. Disputes and applicable legislation Disputes between the parties on the application or interpretation of this agreement shall be settled by a court in Mohali.
